Anna is a talented multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and songwriter with a deep-rooted passion for creativity and education. She began her musical journey at the age of 5, learning piano from her mum, before teaching herself guitar, drums, and bass throughout high school. During this time, she also discovered her love for songwriting and composition — a passion that led her to complete a Bachelor of Composition and Music Production at the Australian Institute of Music in 2021.

Since then, Anna has immersed herself in a wide range of musical projects, from playing bass in the vibrant pop-funk band Motherfunkers, to drumming for the Inner West funk-soul group Night Pilots. When she’s not performing, Anna can be found in her Leichhardt-based music studio, where she collaborates with artists, sharpens her production skills, and experiments with live looping and creative performance techniques. Under her artist name Kaye Palm, Anna has released original music and produced tracks for up-and-coming Sydney musicians across a variety of genres.

Anna brings this diverse experience into every lesson, helping students of all levels find their groove, build confidence, and explore music in an exciting and personal way. Her teaching style is engaging, adaptable, and rooted in fun — whether she’s helping a student explore music theory through rhythm or guiding them to write their first song.

Above all, Anna is passionate about the power of music and finds great joy in seeing her students light up when they connect with their instrument. Her goal is to inspire creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of music with every lesson.
