Jarrah Murray

Jarrah is a passionate and versatile musician who grew up surrounded by the arts, developing a deep creative connection to music from an early age. After discovering a strong passion for music in high school, he has built extensive experience as a performer, composer, and educator, with a solid foundation in music theory across bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and ukulele.

After studying contemporary music at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Jarrah has performed across Sydney in a variety of ensembles, exploring styles such as heavy rock, funk, country, and R&B. His diverse musical background allows him to connect with students across different genres and skill levels.

Jarrah’s teaching approach is supportive and practical, focusing on helping students build confidence, strong technical skills, and a deeper understanding of music. He encourages creativity and aims to make lessons engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s individual goals.


Jarrah provides bass, double bass, guitar, ukulele, composition, and songwriting lessons in Ku-ring-gai and Sydney including the following suburbs:
