Jayden Williams

Jayden is a talented and versatile musician with a strong foundation in both guitar and bass. He began playing guitar at the age of 5 and picked up the bass at 15, and has since developed nearly a decade of live performance experience. Jayden recently completed his Bachelor of Music at Western Sydney University and is currently pursuing a Master of Teaching (Secondary), combining his passion for music with a growing dedication to education.

Based in Western Sydney, Jayden began formally teaching in early 2024 and has already gained valuable experience instructing students across a wide range of ages—from 4 to 70 years old—including those with disabilities. His ability to adapt his teaching style to suit each individual student has made him an engaging and effective tutor for learners at any stage of their musical journey.

Jayden’s musical background spans a variety of genres including funk, rock, reggae, jazz, Latin, RnB, soul, disco, blues and more. His lessons focus on developing strong technique and a deeper understanding of music theory, empowering students to learn how to listen critically and pick up songs independently. Whether a student is working toward mastering their instrument or exploring their creative expression, Jayden tailors his approach to support their goals.

Outside of teaching, Jayden is an active performer in two bands—Vinyl 45 and Matt Charleston—and works as a session musician for musical theatre, corporate events, and live performances around Sydney. His real-world experience and professional insight make him a well-rounded and inspiring teacher.
